Sure to Anger Dems

From the New York Times: Text of Recent Senate Compromise on Nominations of Judges:
A. Future Nominations. Signatories will exercise their responsibilities under the advice and consent clause of the United States Constitution in good faith. Nominees should only be filibustered under extraordinary circumstances, and each signatory must use his or her own discretion and judgment in determining whether such circumstances exist.
It looks like the President is about to nominate dozens of judicial appointees to fill federal and appeals court vacancies.

Let's see how long it takes the Democrats to cry, "Extraordinary circumstances! - FILIBUSTER!"

Gentlemen, let the fight begin.
